Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how ASYMBOL handles cancellations, subscription billing, and refund requests for digital products, AI tools, and related services.

ASYMBOL provides digital products, AI-powered experiences, subscriptions, downloadable content, and interactive tools.

Due to the nature of digital services and instant-access products, refund requests are evaluated according to the guidelines outlined in this Policy.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Subscription services may be canceled at any time.

Canceling a subscription will prevent future billing cycles but does not automatically generate refunds for prior charges already processed.

Access to subscription features may continue until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are generally eligible for review in situations including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental purchases
  • Technical failures preventing access to purchased services
  • Billing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within a reasonable timeframe

Refund decisions are made at ASYMBOL’s reasonable discretion based on the circumstances of each request.

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the issue occurs. ASYMBOL will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to refund requests within 10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in situations including:

  • Extensive use of subscription services or digital tools
  • Completed downloads or digital delivery
  • Repeated refund requests or abuse of refund systems
  • Requests based solely on dissatisfaction with subjective creative or AI-generated outputs
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal after extended usage

5. AI-Generated Outputs

ASYMBOL tools may generate recommendations, plans, creative ideas, business suggestions, or other AI-assisted outputs.

Because AI-generated content is inherently variable and exploratory in nature, ASYMBOL does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial success, audience growth, creative results, or personal outcomes from using the platform.

6. Chargebacks and Abuse

If you experience a billing issue, unauthorized charge, or access problem, please contact ASYMBOL Support before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved more quickly through our support process.

Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund systems, or attempts to exploit digital access may result in account restrictions, service termination, or denial of future access to ASYMBOL products and services.

7. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments, subscriptions, and billing transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Certain billing, payment processing, or dispute procedures may also be governed by the policies of those third-party providers.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

ASYMBOL may update this Refund Policy periodically as products, subscriptions, and services evolve.
